The Safe Arrival Program
The safe arrival program is implemented for the well-being of our students.  It is a process that enables the school to verify a student’s absence or lateness with the parent/guardian.  It is very important that parents inform the school, by leaving a message or speaking directly with the office, if your child is going to be late or absent from school that day.  

Each morning all classroom teachers fill in the attendance recording sheet and send the absence cards of ONLY students who are not accounted for to the office.  The office coordinator then will call parent of those students.  By calling the school in advance to notify us regarding you child’s absence, you are assisting us in determining your child’s safe arrival, in a timely fashion.  Thank you for your assistance with this procedure.
